Experience with efficiency optimization software includes CRM customer and sales management software.
Achievements: Worked closely with Core Cashless Systems, a point of sale development firm, to create customized software system and interface to streamline event management and park-wide sales tracking and scheduling.
Instituted an incentive program for staff aimed at improving teamwork, customer service and overall job performance by utilizing trade-out agreements with local businesses. Also implemented a training program designed to provide employees tangible strategies for dealing with customer’s needs and how to resolve complaints before an escalation occurs.
